This Division provides legal opinions to AHTD's divisions and districts. Titles to lands purchased through negotiation by the State Highway Commission are examined and approved. Claims against AHTD before the State Claims Commission or Worker's Compensation Commission, writs of garnishment, and other legal documents are also processed.
