WORK ON INTERSTATE 630 OVERPASS WILL REQUIRE LANE CLOSURE


    LITTLE ROCK (6-2) 

    Crews making improvements to the pedestrian overpass on Interstate 630 near Woodrow Street in Little Rock will require lane closures this week, according to Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department (AHTD) officials.

     The work will require closure of the westbound, inside and center lanes in the vicinity of Woodrow Street on Wednesday night, June 4th and Thursday night, June 5th, weather permitting.  The lane closures will be in effect from 8:00 p.m. each night to 6:00 a.m. the next morning.

     Additional work will require closure of the eastbound lanes in the coming week.  Additional notice will be forthcoming.

     As always, motorists are urged to consider an alternate route if possible and to exercise caution when approaching and traveling through highway work zones.
