WHO:                         Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department (AHTD) officials, local elected officials and others.

WHAT:                       A ceremonial event to open the new Flippin Bypass (Highway 412/62).

 WHEN:                       Thursday, May 29 at 10:30 am – rain or not.

WHERE:                    The event will take place just west and north of the intersection of Highway 62 and 101 near the Stash-n-Dash.

 WHY:                          The Flippin Bypass is a new 3.1-mile, five-lane roadway south of Flippin. The total cost was nearly $11    million.
